This is a quick process but the downloads can be large. This is the only way to do this via your mobile device.
My suggested way is to do it through Lightroom for desktop and using the XMP files which will sync automatically to your mobile phone but if you do not have that, here is a way to take care of it.
This can be time consuming but this is the only way to do this on mobile only.

Step 1 – Download the DNG files to your phone
Using Dropbox, Google Drive, or Google Photos, download the DNG file to your phone. Do not worry if it doesn’t show up as a photo, the file has all the info to load up the preset.
Step 2 – Add DNG files to Lightroom Mobile app
Go into the Lightroom app and add a new photo
Step 3 – Create the Preset
Open the photo you just added, tap the 3 dots at the top of the screen and select “Create Preset” and name it anything you want or name it the file name I gave it so you can stay organized.
Note: You do have to do this one at a time which is why I suggest doing this on desktop. This is an issue with Lightroom unfortunately.
Step 4 – Apply the Preset
Go to anyone of your own photos and apply the preset to see what it can do.
Enjoy!
